Shipping
Processing Time
Order Processing: Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your order, as each piece is made to order. Anya Baghdassarian is not a fast fashion company and every piece is created with care and attention to detail. Couture items will take 3-4 weeks to be made and shipped.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Domestic Shipping: We offer standard and expedited shipping options for domestic orders within the United States. Shipping costs and options are calculated at checkout based for U.S. orders. Delivery dates are only estimates, not guarantees.
International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. You have the option between the International Standard Shipping and the International Express Shipping. Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Taxes for those in the United States will be calculated at checkout. Anya Baghdassarian is not responsible for international costs or customs duties for importing to the customer’s country of residence from the United States. Import duties are at the discretion of the receiving country and the responsibility of the importer.
Orders of multiple items will typically be sent together, unless split to allow us to process and deliver your products.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package online through the carrier’s website.
Delivery Issues
Address Accuracy: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages: If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
Undelivered Package: If there is an issue in delivering the goods to the customer even after reasonable efforts have been made by Anya Baghdassarian to do so, then we may cancel your purchase and refund payment to the customer. If you do receive the goods after being refunded, then you must either pay for them or return them in accordance to our return policy at your own expense.

Returns
Return Policy
Eligibility:
The customer has 3 consecutive days after receiving their order to initiate a return. Any time after the 3 consecutive days, Anya Baghdassarian will not approve a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, sellable, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to initiate return:
Contact us at contact@anyabaghdassarian.com to initiate a return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to proceed with the order and where to send your package.
Returning approved merchandise:
You have 3 consecutive days from the confirmation email that the return has been approved to send the return. If the return is sent after the 3 consecutive day time frame from the confirmation email, Anya Baghdassarian will not accept the return.
Shipping a return item is covered by the customer and arranged by the customer.
Until the item has been delivered to Anya Baghdassarian, the customer is responsible for it and bears the risk for the products.
Any returns received that were not pre-approved by Anya Baghdassarian will not be accepted and there will be no refund if the item is received by Anya Baghdassarian. Shipping the item back to the customer is the responsibility of the customer, not Anya Baghdassarian.
After the approved return is received:
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect the item and Anya Baghdassarian reserves the right to decide if your item meets the condition criteria mentioned above (Eligibility section point 2). Approval of a refund is decided after the inspection is conducted. Inspection is conducted 2-3 days after Anya Baghdassarian receives the return package from the customer.
If the refund is approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Note that it can take time for your bank or credit card to process and post the refund. Shipping payment is not refunded.
If you are not approved, shipping returned items back to the customer, is the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges:
Anya Baghdassarian does not do exchanges or store credit as items are made to order for every individual order.
If the customer would like another item the best way is to initiate a return, wait for the approval and refund, then, purchase another item. Please take into consideration that the 2-3week time frame from order placement and receiving the order is still applied to any new purchase.
All sale items or custom/couture items are final sale.
Couture pieces are identified/marked clearly in the description of the item on the website.
Care and Quality of An Item:
It is the responsibility of the customer to care for the garment per the recommended care instructions after receiving their order. Any damage, change in fabric quality or colour from use is not the responsibility of Anya Baghdassarian.
